By downloading, accessing, or using Pocket Solitaire Deluxe (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for general audiences, including children.

If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Reproduce or exploit any part of the App for commercial purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

• Game design
• Visual assets
• Code
• Features and mechanics
• Branding and trademarks

are owned by Idle Hands Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating gameplay
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App or its services
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation.

6. Multiplayer Conduct

When using multiplayer features, you agree to:

• Respect other players
• Avoid disruptive behavior, including intentionally ruining gameplay
• Refrain from harassment in any form

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or restrict access to multiplayer features
• Remove or block users who violate these rules

7. User-Generated Content

You may create or use:

• Usernames
• Locally stored images for customization

You are solely responsible for any content you create or use.

You agree not to use content that is:

• Offensive
• Illegal
• Infringing on others’ rights

We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not guarantee monitoring of such content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict inappropriate usernames or content at our discretion.

8. Accounts and Data

The App automatically creates a persistent player profile using a generated username and avatar for multiplayer and online features. No email address, password, or third-party sign-in is required.

• Data is stored locally and/or through backend services
• Deleting the App may result in permanent data loss
• We are not responsible for lost data
• Account recovery is not supported

Users may reset their in-game statistics within the App.

9. Game Data and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or reset game data, statistics, or leaderboards
• Correct errors or exploits
• Adjust gameplay features at any time

These changes may occur without prior notice.

10. Service Availability

The App is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Reliability or accuracy

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of progress
• Service interruptions
• User behavior or content
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Termination
