These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ChickyDoku, a mobile puzzle game operated by IdleHands Studio ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ChickyDoku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
ChickyDoku is a puzzle game for iOS and Android.
The game is primarily a single-player experience. Certain features, including the Daily Challenge, require an internet connection and use Google Firebase services.
ChickyDoku does not require traditional user accounts or registration. Firebase Anonymous Authentication is used to support certain online functionality.
ChickyDoku does not currently include chat, advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Certain features may require an active internet connection.
The Daily Challenge uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Anonymous Authentication and Firebase Analytics, to provide online functionality and help improve the game experience.
These services are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
IdleHands Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play ChickyDoku for personal entertainment purposes.
All artwork, code, gameplay systems, graphics, sounds, text, and other game content remain the property of IdleHands Studio or its licensors.
You agree not to:
Game progress is stored locally on your device. IdleHands Studio is not responsible for lost progress resulting from device changes, deletion, resets, or technical issues.
Some online gameplay information related to the Daily Challenge may be stored through Google Firebase to support online functionality.
ChickyDoku currently offers no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid virtual items.
ChickyDoku is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
Use of ChickyDoku through Apple's App Store or Google Play may also be subject to Apple's or Google's own terms and policies.
We may update or discontinue the game or its features at any time.
Your use of ChickyDoku is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
ChickyDoku is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdleHands Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
